While he may not be a free agent linebacker on the prowl, Triple H nevertheless spent the day Thursday at Seahawks headquarters, never really getting past the weight room the entire time. "The Game," as he calls himself, hit the weights at the team facility as part of a photo shoot for an upcoming book he's producing, and he'll also be part of the contingent appearing live at Wrestle Mania XIX on Sunday, March 30, at Safeco Field.

The Game has been into body building and wrestling since high school, and with his career in pro wrestling he doesn't get much opportunity to follow football or any other sports. "I'm on the road 250 days out of the year," says The Game, "and I spend most of my time either in the arenas or in the weight room."

Pro wrestlers are not known to be shy around cameras or microphones, and Triple H put on a show just for Seahawks fans. Play Video (default setting is 350k)

Since making his WWE debut in the spring of 1995, Hunter Hearst Helmsley has done it all in the sports-entertainment industry. He's the only man in the history of the business to have been a Grand Slam Champion and to have won King of the Ring and the Royal Rumble.

Triple H's dedication to the business was never more evident than on the May 21, 2001, episode of RAW. On that night, The Game teamed with Stone Cold Steve Austin to take on Chris Benoit and Chris Jericho in a Tag Team Championship match. During the bout, Triple H tore his left quadriceps muscle completely off the bone. Yet The Game found the heart to finish the bout, never once even thinking about giving up.

After eight months of hellacious rehab, The Game returned to a hero's welcome on the Jan. 7, 2002, episode of RAW.

Now a fan favorite for the first time in years, Triple H signed with RAW, where he finds himself at the top of WWE once again.
