I split my body part's up. I do chest and biceps one day, legs one day - that's front legs, quads, hamstrings, and back (of legs), calves all in one day. I do back in one day, including rear delts, and lower back. Then one day I do alot of shoulders, including traps, and triceps. I also do a lot of neck work on that day, because in this business if you fall on your head, you have to have something to fall on.

I don't do alot of cardio. I mostly do cardio in between if I am not going to be wrestling for a few days. For the most part, cardio for me is if I'm going to be wrestling that night. I'm going to probably go 20 minutes or a half an hour, very intense cardiovascular stuff, so I don't need to do it earlier in the day.

I usually take my major body parts, like my chest, and do maybe four exercises. And I usually do three sets per exercise. And I almost do each set to failure - when my body won't let me do another rep. With my major body parts I'll pick four exercises and do three sets per exercise.

On smaller body parts, like biceps and triceps, I might do three exercises. Three for shoulders as well and probably four for the legs.
